After the winter holidays, I’m always looking for something different Keto, Paleo Whole30 recipes to use up the leftover turkey. Here are a few Keto, Paleo, and Whole30 dishes I found interesting, some of which are my own. If the recipe is Keto, I’ve suggested substitutes to make it Paleo Whole30. If the recipe is Paleo Whole30 I’ve suggested Keto options.
KETO PALEO WHOLE30 LEFTOVER TURKEY POT PIE
This is a super simple dish that tastes absolutely delicious. It tastes even better because you get to enjoy this classic comfort food without all the carbs! The crust is buttery, cheesy, and crunchy. Love it! You don’t have to give up your love of pot pie when following a Keto, Paleo, or Whole30 diet or lifestyle. This version uses a filling made with turkey meat, butter, onions, carrots, celery, seasonings, garlic, whipping cream, and chicken broth. The crust is made with almond flour, egg, baking powder, butter, and shredded cheddar cheese.
You can make a Paleo Whole30 version by using coconut cream instead of whipping cream and using FRESH DOH Fresh Pasta Dough Mix for the crust. This pasta dough mix also makes breads, pies, tarts, cakes, flat breads, muffins, and so much more. The dough is absolutely delicious and not much work at all. In using FRESH DOH you don’t need to add the cheese to the crust. Just use the FRESH DOH pie crust in this pumpkin pie recipe.
In the Keto recipe, the crust is only on top. Using FRESH DOH you can prepare a true top and bottom crust for your PALEO WHOLE0 pot pie.

The dish can be transformed into Paleo Whole30 by substituting the cheeses with vegan cheeses (parmesan and mozzarella) and using coconut cream instead of whipping cream. Just put a can of full-fat coconut milk into the refrigerator for a few hours. The cream will separate from the coconut water and you can scoop it right off the top of the can.

PALEO WHOLE30 SHREDDABLE MOZZARELLA
This turkey soup incorporates butter, olive oil, onion, celery, carrot, cauliflower rice, chicken or turkey stock, turkey meat, bacon, heavy cream, and seasonings. You can make this recipe Paleo Whole30 by using plant-based butter, Paleo Whole30 compliant bacon and replacing the heavy cream with coconut cream.
PALEO WHOLE30 MULLIGATAWNY SOUP
This Indian inspired soup uses olive oil, onion, carrot, celery, cored and diced apple, garlic, chicken stock, Indian spices and seasonings, coconut milk, and cauliflower rice. You can make this recipe Keto by substituting the coconut milk if you like. However, coconut milk is also Keto compliant.
KETO, PALEO, WHOLE30 THAI COCONUT TURKEY SOUP
So many countless ways exist to use up your leftover turkey. Making Thai soup is just another reason to enjoy turkey one more time. This soup combines coconut oil, onion, mushrooms, cloves, ginger, turkey stock, turkey meat, coconut milk, curry paste, coconut aminos (instead of high sodium soy sauce), cherry tomatoes, bean sprouts, and lime. Super delicious.
