Hi, I'm Shari MAC (formerly Darling). I'm an international award-winning and bestselling food and wine pairing cookbook author, columnist, and educator. I retired from this gourmet world and for over 9 years now, I have been maintaining a PALEO & WHOLE30 and sometimes KETO lifestyle. Lifestyle NOT diet! This blog is not strictly compliant (I include Whole30 desserts for example). In this blog, I celebrate nutritious and compliant ingredients to keep our bodies strong and healthy now and ongoingly. No dieting or sacrificing here. I don't count calories or macros or weigh food for the recipes. Instead, this blog focuses on being committed to maintaining good health and sanity for life!
